select to sell just candles, just food, or offer both for a
wider variety of products. Many PTAs will decide to
sell Candles and Reed Diffusers with our Candle Brochure in the
fall and then repeat a fundraiser with H&GP by selling food with
our Gourmet Food Brochure in the spring. You choose which
will work best for your PTA fundraiser!
* Depending upon your geographic and economic area your
school is able to select your own selling prices and therefore
your percentage of profit. Your school fundraiser can earn
40-50% or more. You choose the pricing you believe is best
for your school.
* Whether you are looking for a PTA fundraiser for a very
small school or very large school H&GP Fundraising can work with any size group. Minimums are
very small and no organization is too large or too small.

recognizes that in most cases you will be planning well in
advance. Fall brochures are usually available by March,
spring brochures by October. You may request information
packets in advance and they will be mailed to you as soon as
they become available.
* Preferred payment by PTA or school check is encouraged. If
your school requires shipment of the products first your school
can submit a signed purchase order. Payments must be made within
one week of delivery.
