Ready to get started?  If you've reviewed our programs and have chosen H&GP for your fundraiser you may simply complete and return an Agreement Form.   If you are unable to print the Agreement Form or do not have easy access to a fax simply call us.  You may also submit the form below. Requesting samples?  A sample set with your choice of 22 or more 10 oz Jar Candles may be purchased for $4.75 per candle with free shipping and no tax if the appropriate state tax exemption document is provided.  (A customized sample set with the other fundraising products can also be submitted.)  If you are requesting simply one sample candle or an order less than $100 you may place an order for selected items online at www.NewHGP.com/WebId/Deb.  A $4.99 handling fee applies for sample sets less than $200.
