● Review the Sales Agreement, complete and fax, scan, or mail to our office. You can also submit your sales agreement electronically on our website. There’s no wait to receive brochures! You'll receive your brochures, order forms, and envelopes generally in a week. You can start fundraising right away.
● Be sure you have set goals and have required a minimum number of items to be sold by each participant. Motivate and encourage your participants!
Use our Chairman’s Toolbox on our website for all the documents you’ll need, including a sample cover letter you can customize. You’ll also find in the Toolbox fundraising instructions.
● We recommend running your fundraiser for a 2-3 week period. Customer checks, if taken, are made payable to your organization. Check-in with your participants throughout your selling period and make several reminders to keep selling.
● Collect all brochures and payments at the end of your selling period. There is a low 30 item minimum required to submit an order, but we encourage you to sell at least 50 items to qualify for free shipping. Once you have collected your order forms and payments determine if you will place the order as a bulk order or packed-by-seller. Packed-by-seller is optional for orders with less than 500 items and if selected, adds a 6% fee on retail sales. For packed-by-seller orders, we will provide you with a spreadsheet for submitting each seller's order. For bulk order, you can fax or email a completed Master Order Form, printable from our website ToolBox.
● Brochures are free when selling just 1 item times the number of brochures shipped. For example, if you order 50 brochures you just need to sell 50 items. A fee of 40 cents times the shortage will be added to your invoice if the sales fall below the 1 item average. For example, if you order 100 brochures and sell just 75 items the shortage is 25. 40 cents times 25 brochures would be just $10.
● Once we have received your order we will email an invoice to you for the amount due. You'll keep your percentage of profit upfront. Once you receive your invoice we request payment be made as quickly as possible and must be received before the order can be processed.
● Pay for your purchase with a school or business check, money order, cashier, or a certified check.
● The shipping of your order is free with just 50 items sold. $40 shipping is added to any order less than 50 items sold.
● Confirmation that your order has shipped will be emailed to you. Most orders are generally shipped by UPS. You are welcome to email our office anytime for shipping updates and estimated delivery date(s). You can expect to receive your shipment generally within two weeks, up to 3 weeks if you have opted to have your orders packed-by-seller.
● Report any missing or broken items within 48 hours. Seldom are there any missing or broken items with our shipments. However, should any corrections be required you'll be provided with the steps for reporting any shipping errors.
● We’ll provide coaching to help your campaign succeed, extended office hours Mon-Sun 9 am-9 pm EST, and a solid commitment to process your order and needed replacements with no delay. When you require assistance we'll be available to help you!
