Also, if you are selling from one of our 1-page brochures and you prefer to sort your delivery you can opt not to have your order packed-by-seller but will require you to round up and order by a case of 8 for each item. The cost of the extra items is charged to your organization. Remember, when you sell these items it's a great way for your organization to earn even more profit! You can easily sell the extra items to your supporters and you'll discover that many of your supporters will want a second or even a third cookie dough item, especially once they realize how great the cookies taste! If needed, you can also discount the extra items closer to your purchase price and they will sell very quickly! It's a good idea to order extra items anyway because organizations can often realize they made an error in the quantities they needed to order, or a seller turns in a late order. Having extra items will help avoid the necessity to place a new order with us for more cookie dough and helps you to avoid paying expensive costs of shipping for the items you were short.
Purchase Orders If your school's policy is to require submitting a purchase order with payment following delivery our cookie dough programs will accept a public school purchase order with a 15-day payment agreement.
Upfront Costs There are no fees to get started with our cookie dough fundraisers. You can select one cookie dough brochure for most programs. If you would like to combine one of our 1-page cookie fundraiser brochures with Zap A Snack or Auntie Anne's please call us to review the details. Sales from both brochures are combined to help you achieve a higher profit margin. We don't recommend combining brochures from different companies because the orders from each are processed separately and can't be combined to qualify for free shipping or be combined to increase your percentage of profit. Cookie dough fundraising brochures are free and we'll ship one brochure for each seller. Due to the cost of purchasing and shipping the brochures to you, we do require that you are 100% committed to doing the fundraiser and that you do not cancel.
Minimums and Case Requirements - Due to the necessity of shipping cookie dough on dry ice and on pallets there are minimums for placing orders. Our Cookie Dough Fundraisers require a 120 item minimum order. With 120 items your order can be packed-by-seller and we will ship the actual number of item sold per seller.
A Note About Shipping When it comes to shipping charges be careful in choosing a cookie dough fundraising company. Some companies don't disclose all their terms for shipping. Initially, the percentage of profit may appear to be high but once you deduct your shipping costs the net profit will be much less. Frozen cookie dough is extremely expensive to ship and although we do not charge a separate shipping fee on minimum orders we do charge shipping for an order less than 120 items.
