■ Review the Poppin' Popcorn Fundraiser Sales Agreement, complete, and submit it to us by fax or email. You can also submit your sales agreement electronically on our website.

■ We'll review with you your fundraiser from start to finish, provide you with a guide book which provides you with complete step-by-step instructions to help ensure that our school fundraiser runs smoothly throughout. 

■  Distribute your Poppin' Popcorn fundraiser brochure to your sellers and determine how long you will continue your sales. (Most organizations sell for 2 weeks) Customer checks, if taken, are made payable to your organization.

■  Collect all order forms and payments at the end of your selling period. Your timeline will determine when you will need to mail off your fundraising orders or call in a bulk order.  Generally, we ask you to submit your orders one week after your fundraiser closing date.  This is to ensure that you have collected any late orders and money. 

■  Two 
packing options are available. Determine if you will have your order shipped packed-by-seller or bulk. Packed-by-seller is available to organizations with over 100 participants and is the simplest way of distributing orders. We'll ask your organization to make a copy of the order forms and to mail the order forms to us by some form of trackable mail such as USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx. Note: some of the brochures have a separate 3-part order form.  We will add up the orders, create a spreadsheet for your records and pack each order per student in alphabetical order. Your volunteers will then simply set up the fundraiser order in numerical order to correspond to the spreadsheet. Bulk orders are available to any size group.  You simply add up the orders, call 860-384-3691, fax to 410-630-7080 or email the totals to us at info@best-fundraising-ideas.com and we will complete your order. We make your distribution easy with color-coded packaging tape so you can see the different products at a glance.  

■  There are no minimums for submitting your Poppin' Popcorn order. You'll remit payment for the amount due after you've received your invoice. Keep your brochures with a bulk order or a copy of your brochures for a packed-by-seller order. 

■  We require payment using a check from your organization or business account, a cashier's check, or money order for the Poppin' Popcorn fundraising orders.  W-9s and vendor applications are provided as needed. Payment by credit card and purchase orders for public schools are not accepted for this program.

■  Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment.  Small orders are usually shipped by UPS or FedEx.  Large orders are shipped by freight.  Orders generally ship in 2 weeks. In warm weather months, shipping will be delayed to ship on Mondays. Late orders are accepted with no minimum order required.

■  We’ll provide coaching to help your campaign succeed, we offer extended office hours Mon-Sat 9am-9pm and Sun 11am-6pm, and we are committed to process your order and any needed replacements with no delay.  When you require help we'll be available to assist you!
