How does the Statement Makers Fundraiser program work?

● Call us and we'll get the information we'll need to complete a Project Agreement for you to sign and then submit by postal mail, fax or scan/email to our office.  You'll receive your brochures in approximately 7 days.
● Use our Chairman’s Toolbox on our website for all the documents you’ll need, including a sample cover letter you can customize. You’ll also find in the Toolbox fundraising instructions, a master order form for submitting your order, and a check-in form for receiving your delivery.
● Organizations who are tax exempt are responsible for determining their tax-exempt status.  If not-exempt S'Kool Smartz will upon your request collect and remit state sales tax on your order.  State tax will be added to your invoice for all orders shipped to a TX address unless your organization provides us with a copy of your State Tax Exemption Certificate.   
● Distribute brochures to your sellers and determine how long you will continue your sales.  (Most organizations sell for 2-3 weeks) Customer checks, if taken, are made payable to your organization.

●  We ship brochures for free but require an organization to sell an average of 2 items times the number of brochures shipped.  A small fee is added to your invoice if less than 2 items average is sold.
● Collect all brochures and payments at the end of your selling period.  There are no minimums required to submit an order, but we encourage you to sell at least 200 items to qualify for free pack-by-seller.  We'll provide you with an address for mailing the company's copy of the order forms or a fax number if you have just a few order forms.  Your organization will keep your copies of the brochures and retain your profit up front.  Once we receive your order forms we will email an invoice to you for the amount due. Your order will begin to be processed and will require payment to be received prior to the order being shipped.  We will provide you with an address to mail the company's copy of the order forms.     
● Payment options include a school or business check, money order, cashiers or a certified check, or credit card payment with a signed authorization form. Personal checks are not accepted.  A public school purchase order is accepted for S'Kool Smartz orders.  W-9s and vendor applications are provided as needed.
●  Confirmation that your order has shipped will be emailed to you.  You are welcome to email our office anytime for shipping updates and estimated delivery date(s).   Once your order forms have been received you can expect your order to ship in 3 weeks.  Allow additional 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered by UPS.  
● Report any missing or broken items within 48 hours.  Seldom are there any missing or broken items with our shipments.  However, should any corrections be required, return the check-in form and we will process a new order your replacements.
● We’ll provide coaching to help your campaign succeed, extended office hours Mon-Sun 9am-9pm EST, and a solid commitment to process your order and needed replacements with no delay.  When you require assistance we'll be available to help you!
