Upfront Costs:  None. Brochures, order forms, and collection envelopes are shipped free.
Pack-By-Seller:  Your order is shipped packed-by-seller for free. 
Shipping:  Free shipping for all orders over $5,000. An 8% shipping charge, capped at $250, will apply to all orders between $500-$5,000. Orders between $250-$499 are $50, and orders between $1-$249 are $30. 
State Sales Tax:  Retail Sales Tax for non State-Tax-Exempt groups is reported by groups.

- Schedule your fundraiser by completing our agreement and returning it to us by fax to 410-630-7080 or scan/email to chfundraiser@gmail.com.  You'll receive a FREE fundraising kit to get started.
- We will get in touch with you leading up to your fundraiser to help plan and maximize your fundraising efforts.  
- Kick off your fundraiser by distributing brochures to your participants and sending an optional online registration email.
- Stay in constant communication with your participants through emails, text, and social media to help promote sales.
- Once you've collected your order forms and payments from your participants submit your order forms to us for tallying. Your invoice will be emailed to you 2-3 days after we receive your sales order.  Your invoice will include your total retail sales, your organization's profit, your subtotal (total retail sale minus profit amount), shipping charge, and the total amount due to Super Fan.  You keep your profit! 

- Payment by organization check, cashier check, money order, or credit card is due at time of invoice. Payment is required prior to shipment of your merchandise.  Please note that purchase orders are not accepted for Super Fan orders.
- You'll receive your items in 3-5 weeks upon the date of your invoice, We will pack your orders by each seller.  Each box in your shipment will have the seller's name on the outside for easy distribution.  

- At the time of shipment, you will receive an email notification of shipment. This e-mail will include your seller breakdown along with a group summary of products ordered. This e-mail will also contain all tracking information to follow your order. You can also contact us at 860-384-3691 with any questions.
