The letter will include your goals, why you are fundraising, your end date, who to contact if they have questions, and instructions for how to register as a seller for the online store. Distribute your GLOW Candles fundraising brochure to your participants and run your fundraiser for approximately two weeks. Customer checks, if taken, are made payable to your organization.
Collect all brochures and payments at the end of your selling period and then call us at 860-384-3691 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. There are no minimums for submitting your candle fundraiser order. To submit an order packed by the seller, you'll be able to log into your dashboard to easily enter orders by seller. If you prefer to sort the orders, you can enter the order as one tally. Once we receive your order, an invoice will be emailed to you. You'll keep your brochures and profit upfront, and remit payment only for your cost.
Pay for your purchase. We accept a school or organization check, cashier's check, money order, or payment by credit card. Purchase orders are accetpted for public schools. W-9s and vendor applications are provided as needed. With your brochure orders, shipping is free for your GLOW Candles Fundraiser order when the tally of the participant orders is just $100+ in sales. A late order less than $100 in sales will add a $9.95 shipping fee. A confirmation email will be shared with you once your payment has been received, and your order will then be submitted to our shipping department. Small orders will ship by UPS while larger orders usually ship by a common carrier such as R&L Carriers. We will provide you with shipping updates and the estimated delivery date. Once payment for a candle fundraiser order has been received and payment cleared, you can expect your order to ship within 5-10 business days. We can accept late orders and no minimum order is required.
