Signature Candles: 18 oz. double-wick candles that burn for 100+ hours. Choose from 17 candle scents that offer a variety of categories including fresh & tranquil, fruity, woodsy, bakery & spicy, fall, and holiday. Each candle is priced at $25.
Room Sprays: Our 17 room sprays are a hit! GLOW room sprays. Spritz & freshen whenever & wherever it's needed for an instant, mood-lifting scent. Profit: Earn a 50% profit on all brochure sales and online ship-to-group orders when the combined sales are just 100+ items sold and 40% profit if less than 100 items sold. For online sales, your organization will earn a 40% profit on all orders chosen to be shipped to home and on virtual fundraisers.
Online Fundraising Store: Customers can choose to have their order shipped to their home or your organization. A virtual fundraiser option with all items shipping to home is also available. Note: The highest sales are achieved when combining brochure sales and online sales.
Price: $15-$36. All but 5 items are priced at $15 or $25 for simple and easy cash sales and tallying.
Number of pages: Unfold the brochure to show 4 pages with all products on one side, and turn the page over to view 4 pages with the order form on the backside.
Recommended for: Groups of any size! There are no minimums to submit an order.

Shipping: Your combined brochure sale receives free shipping when the total brochure sales are $99 or greater. Supporters shopping online will also receive free shipping with a purchase of $99 or greater. Shipping for ship-to-home orders is $11.95 if sales are less than $99.
Pack-By-Seller: Brochure orders are packed by each seller for easy distribution, and it's free for all orders.

We will review the steps of your GLOW Candles fundraiser with you, provide guidance, and create a customized participant letter for you to share with your participants. The letter will include your goals, why you are fundraising, your end date, who to contact if they have questions, and instructions on how to register as a seller for the online store. We'll also include tips to help increase sales by sharing the online store via email, texts, and posting on social media.
Distribute your GLOW Candles fundraising brochure to your participants and run your fundraiser for approximately two weeks. Customer checks, if taken, are made payable to your organization.
Collect all brochures and payments at the end of your selling period and then call us at 860-384-3691 or email deb@best-fundraising-ideas.com. There are no minimums for submitting your candle fundraiser order. To submit an order packed by the seller, you'll be able to log into your dashboard to easily enter orders by the seller. If you prefer to sort the orders, you can enter the order as one tally. Once we receive your order, an invoice will be emailed to you. You'll keep your brochures and profit upfront, and remit payment only for your cost.
Pay for your purchase. We accept school or organization checks, cashier's checks, money orders, or payment by credit card. Purchase orders are accepted for public schools. W-9s and vendor applications are provided as needed. With your brochure orders, shipping is free for your GLOW Candles Fundraiser order when the tally of the participant orders is just $99+ in sales. A late order of less than $99 in sales will add an $11.95 shipping fee. A confirmation email will be shared with you once your payment has been received, and your order will then be submitted to our shipping department. Small orders will ship by UPS while larger orders usually ship by a common carrier such as R&L Carriers. We will provide you with shipping updates and the estimated delivery date. Once payment for a candle fundraiser order has been received and payment cleared, you can expect your order to ship within 5-10 business days. We can accept late orders and no minimum order is required.
Profit for your brochure fundraiser: Organizations earn a 50% profit on brochure sales with just 100+ items sold, and a 40% profit if less than 100 items are sold.
