​​Snackin' in the USA Snack Fundraiser Brochure

Orders for Snackin in the USA Fundraiser, are processed upon receipt of payment.  Shipments generally leave the warehouse within 3 weeks and should be delivered to your address by UPS 3-5 days following the date shipped.  Please allow up to four weeks for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered. Note: Warm weather shipments may be delayed to ship on Mondays to assure delivery by the end of the week so that snacks are not left in trucks on weekends when UPS is not shipping.

Snackin' in the USA Product Availability - Please note that shipping to some sections in remote areas in western states such as Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, etc. may not be available.  Please call us to confirm shipping is available if you believe you may be in a remote area.
  • Submit your sales agreement online or return a completed sales agreement by fax, scan/email, or postal mail. 
  • We'll send a free brochure and order form for each of your participants. Note: Brochures are costly to provide and we require no cancellation. A brochure fee is added to your invoice only if the total number of items sold is less than the number of brochures shipped.  A fee of .30 per brochure (minimum $10) is added to your invoice for the shortage only.  For example, order 100 brochures, sell 60 items and a fee of .30 for 40 brochures will be charged. ($12)  Rarely, is a fee required.
  • Have your participants sell snacks to their friends and family (usually 2-3 weeks) and collect payments from your supporters.  If you accept checks they are to be made payable to your organization.  
  • At the conclusion of your sales collect all order forms and money collected.  Tally the quantity of each item sold and the total amount of money collected.
  • Once your tally is complete, submit your order by phone, fax, or email. (A master order form is provided). We'll email an invoice to you right away.   
  • You'll keep your profit upfront.  
  • Your order will be shipped approximately 3 weeks upon receipt of payment.  It's that simple!

Price Range: All items are priced at $8.00 each.

Brochures are Free - We'll ship a brochure and order form for each participant, plus extra to assure you have enough brochures as needed.

No Case Requirements - Unlike many other food fundraisers there are no case requirements to place an order.  Order only what you sell!  
Receive Free Shipping- Your organization will receive free shipping with just 200 or more items sold.  A $30 shipping and processing fee is added to orders less than 200 items.
